Cancelation Policy

The cost for My Family Telemed is $38.92 per month. Membership can be cancelled any time, for any reason. Membership can be cancelled by calling 888-670-1581 or by emailing a cancellation request to CS@firstmedfoundation.com. My Family Telemed will send email reminders approximately 7 days prior to members' next billing cycle.
